Earmuffs use two simple circular forms connected around the head, enclosing the ears against cold and reducing contact with the outside air. Their function is protective, but their geometry is almost diagrammatic.
Produced on authentic medical imaging film, EARMUFFS becomes a study of symmetry, enclosure and insulation — an everyday winter object made unexpectedly abstract.
