An image of the invisible, made with a medium designed to reveal.

An angel is something traditionally imagined rather than observed.

Medical imaging was created for the opposite purpose: to make the unseen visible.

ANGEL brings those two ideas together.

The familiar silhouette is stripped of colour and decoration and presented through the visual language of radiography. The result sits somewhere between evidence and imagination — as though something intangible had briefly become measurable.

Printed on authentic medical imaging film, the work changes subtly with its surrounding light, reinforcing the tension between presence and disappearance.
